Richard founded PTC to offer his expert knowledge in transport planning and engineering at a highly competitive rate to public and private clients in the UK. Due to the decrease in public transport budgets and value of developable land it has been increasingly difficult for larger consultancies to offer a cost effective service. Richard has 19 years experience working in private sector consultancies and would like to offer services at a high quality but affordable rate.
